• This offer is available for new bookings only (business not currently being negotiated or contracted) made at participating hotels in Europe, Middle East and Africa between 17 July 2023 to 31 May 2024 for events/stays between 01 August 2023 - 31 December 2024.
  
• Offer is available at all participating brands with the exception of Marriott Executive Apartments®, Residence Inn®, Design HotelsTM, Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton Reserve®, Vistana properties and Homes & Villas by Marriott International. Hotels which do not participate in Marriott Bonvoy are not eligible for Marriott Bonvoy Events.
• Offer not valid on previously cancelled or rescheduled groups or events.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
• This offer may not be available for customers with annual negotiated wedding rate agreements.
• Marriott Bonvoy points for qualifying events can be earned on all eligible revenue with the exception of taxes, gratuities, resort fees and service charges.
• Offer is commissionable on groups and weddings booked through intermediaries.
• This offer is available to social events of any size. Points will be awarded based on actual spend for events and rooms included in the Sales contract. All contracted rooms are eligible for earning points through Marriott Bonvoy Events regardless if they are charged to master bill or settled by individual guests upon check-out. Marriott Bonvoy Event points can exceptionally be awarded for all rooms booked and actualized, even below the usual group room thresholds of 10.
• All charges including taxes must be settled upon check-out, unless credit facilities have been agreed.
• 3x Points: With this promotion you may earn 3x Points based on eligible charges up to a maximum of 300,000 Marriott Bonvoy points per contract subject to member’s tier level. Combined earned and bonus points may never exceed 300,000 points. This includes base points, Elite Bonus points, any promotion points, and any discretionary bonus points such as a signing bonus.

• Marriott Bonvoy Members must provide his/her Member number in the Eligible Event Agreement or to the applicable Participating Property at the time of booking.
• In accordance with the laws of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the earning of points or miles through Marriott Bonvoy Events does not apply to government employees, officials, employees of State Owned Entities (SOEs) and those acting on behalf of government agencies, departments and SOEs when booking an event on behalf of their employing entity, as well as intermediaries when booking on behalf of a non-U.S. governmental entity or SOE.
• All terms and conditions of the Marriott Bonvoy program apply to this promotion.
